Start Your Journey
A woman with long hair is sitting on a couch, holding her head with both hands, appearing distressed. A person in the foreground, partially visible, is taking notes or filling out a form, possibly conducting an interview or therapy session in a well-lit room with plants and modern decor.

Purpose

Here at Release Therapy, our goal is to create an environment within yourself, where you are able to pause your worry about what’s next! Just show up for yourself and watch the results unfold!

Two women sitting close together, engaging in a conversation. The woman on the left has long, curly dark hair and is holding a pencil and notebook. The woman on the right has short curly hair wrapped in a dark headwrap, is wearing earrings and a black sweater. They are indoors near a window, with a balcony visible outside.

Providing you with a safe space to share your story

Everyone has an opinion on what therapy should look like, but therapy looks just like you and me. We are all the author of our own story, meaning we know the direction we want to head in, but at times we just need a guide. Needing a guide is not saying that something is wrong, it’s just sometimes we all need someone to show us a different direction to get to our destination. Sometimes, we are so familiar and comfortable with our old ways that we just do things out of habit. Here at Release Therapy, there is no right or wrong way to share your story. We just want to provide you with a safe space with no judgement!
